All stainless steel fermentation / maturation. 10% Roussanne in the blend. 14.5% alcohol. Aromas of warm peaches, freshly squeezed grapes, apricots and spiced pears. Dry style with just a touch of sweetness (6-8 grams per litre of residual sugar). Medium to high acidity and a good concentration of stone fruit flavours. Long finish. Tasted September 2009.
