The best white wine I've tasted from this estate, the 2020 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is 35% Grenache Blanc, 30% Clairette, 15% Bourboulenc, 15% Roussanne and tiny amounts of Picpoul Gris and Picardan. Partially barrel fermented and aged, it offers up compelling scents of toasted grain, white peach, pear, melon and tangerine. Complex and complete, the medium to full-bodied palate delivers richness, depth and artifice—plus a long, mouthwatering finish.
