Domaine du Tunnel is a tiny estate but home to a respectable range of cuvees from various appellations in the Northern Rhone Valley (Saint-Peray, Cornas, and Saint-Joseph). The wines are always hon-est and well balanced, with pleasing, charming fruit that makes them approach-able at an early stage. The Cornas Vin Noir shows real personality even if it does seem a bit overblown at times.
