The 2007 ASSYRTIKO is full bodied and dense, with less crispness than I often see, but better harmony and roundness. The finish lingers and is quite respectable for its price range. There is a certain smokey note on the nose. This is ultimately pleasing and a pretty good value, just not quite distinguished. Drink now-2011.
