The red 2015 Formiga de Vellut was produced as a blend of 60% Garnacha with 20% each Cari?ena and Syrah that fermented separately and was blended and aged in barrel for nine months. It has a creamy and balsamic personality, with notes of yogurt and berries and some spicy oak. The palate is juicy, with some fine tannins and a slight bitterness on the finish.
