The 2007 Pinot Noir Nicholas Vineyard (one of Anan Cara’s estate vineyards) spent 9 months in 20% new French oak. It is medium ruby-colored with an enticing bouquet of spice box, rose petal, cherry, and cranberry. Sweetly-fruited, medium-bodied, and elegant, this tasty effort is a forward wine for drinking over the next 6 years. Et Fille, the combined efforts of Howard and Jessica Mozeico (father and daughter, hence the name), produced seven vineyard designated Pinot Noirs in the 2007 vintage but these were the only two I was able to taste.Tel.
