It’s awfully hard to beat Falesco’s 2007 Est!Est!Est! for the money. This easygoing, crisp white from Lazio is best enjoyed over the next year or so. A blend of 60% Trebbiano, 30% Malvasia and 10% Roscetto, the wine was aged in stainless steel. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2009. Although oenologist Riccardo Cotarella is best known for the numerous high-end wineries for whom he consults, he also turns out delicious value-priced wines at his Falesco estate.A Leonardo Lo Cascio Selection, Winebow, Montvale, NJ; tel.
