The 1997 Nebbiolo della Langhe (100% Nebbiolo) reveals a dark ruby/purple color, and a heady, tobacco, cherry, tar, and dried herb-scented nose that jumps from the glass. The wine offers good fruit on the attack, a generous, medium-bodied constitution, and a clean, spicy finish. Enjoy it over the next 4-5 years.
