Tart and juicy, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the cooler vintage, yet it's fun to drink. It's fragrant, with scents of bay leaf accenting mixed berries on the nose, while the medium-bodied palate is crisp and silky, with no hard tannins to get in the way of current enjoyment.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon offers pronounced aromas of crushed blackberries, black currant and cedar with nuances of cloves, menthol and bay leaf. Medium to full-bodied, it reveals concentrated, muscular black fruits in the mouth supported by a medium level of grainy tannins, refreshing acid and finishing long with some mint coming through. Containing 6% Malbec, the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet-purple color and an intensely minty, black currant nose with supporting notes of cloves, anise and dark chocolate. Full bodied with very crisp acid, it has a medium level of velvety tannins and a long menthol laced finish. Drinking now, it should remain vibrant to 2016.
