This is a melange of four grapes – Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Yellow Muscat and Sauvignon Blanc. Inevitably each lends its character to what is an impressive complex wine, with high levels of acidity masked by the sweet orange flavors and layers of botrytis.
