Ms. Schrock's first attempt at using new oak in the production of sweet wines, the 1995 Ruster Ausbruch Fume (a blend of Weissburgunder, Welschriesling, and Muskat), offers coconut aromas and a light to medium-bodied character. Sweet artichokes, candied fennel, and smoke can be found in its beautifully rendered personality. This refined offering is silky-textured and long in the finish. Drink it over the next 12+ years.
