It is round and lush as well as refined and savory on the palate, with a juicy and aromatic finish. This is a stimulating, saline Kabinett that is somewhere between off-dry and medium-sweet. Schneider's 2017 Niederh?user Klamm Riesling Kabinett offers a clear, refreshingly pure and spicy-mineral bouquet with a rather coolish character. Bottled with 9.5% alcohol, this is a light and gripping Kabinett whose moderate sweetness is lush and well balanced. The finish is characterful and grippy yet not very complex. It's a very enjoyable Kabinett in the good old style that is neither too sweet nor too reductive. Tasted from AP 26 18 in August 2019.
