The 2008 JMK Shiraz VP is a fortified Shiraz made in the vintage Port style. Very deep purple-black colored, it has pronounced aromas of blackberry and black cherry preserves, blueberry pie, chocolate, espresso, prunes, licorice, cinnamon stick and black pepper. Crisp, rich and very sweet, it has medium-firm fine tannins and a long spicy finish. Deliciously primary now, it has some capacity to evolve and drink to 2016+. No known USA importer.
