The 2017 Pinot Noir Three Hills Cuvée takes its time to offer scents of cranberry sauce and cherry preserves with touches of dried lavender, earth and tangerine peel. The palate is lovely, with concentrated, spicy fruit character, great freshness and a gentle chew, finishing long. 550 cases produced.
