A pure expression of Chardonnay, the 2014 Franciacorta Millesimato Brut Satèn is aged on the lees for 36 months. The results include a lean to medium-bodied texture with nuanced layers of stone fruit, lemon mousse and vanilla custard. The effervescence feels soft and rich, adding to the foamy texture imparted to the palate. Some 65,000 bottles were made.

The 2013 Franciacorta Millesimato Brut Satèn (100% Chardonnay) shows soft layering and smooth perlage that wraps over the palate like silk sheets. This youthful wine exhibits a playful array of aromas with citrus, white peach and blanched almond. This youthful sparkling wine has been aged on the lees for 36 months. There is a note of sour citrus on the close. Some 50,000 bottles were produced.
