A release of about 7,000 bottles, Livon's 2018 Collio Malvasia Soluna is a wine of width and depth that pushes the boundaries of Malvasia, my Friuli grape de coeur. The wine is fragrant and generous with honey, lemon blossom, peach and chopped almond. It is also silky smooth and soft on the palate, with long-lasting fruity flavors to carry an asparagus risotto across the finish line.
