Those standard fruit aromas are embellished with lighter touches of crushed mineral, pine nut and a touch of garden mint, not a bad choice for a seafood couscous.

The 2017 Collio Friulano Ribolla Gialla Solarco is a bright and tangy white wine with an easy-drinking personality. The bouquet opens to peach, grapefruit and lots of lemon mousse or more citrus. In the mouth, this is a lean and snappy expression with a streamlined and quick delivery. There is a touch of hot-vintage sweetness on the finish. Only 15% of the total blend sees contact with oak. Some 6,670 were released.
