Made from Marsanne grown in Larnage, the 2018 Crozes Hermitage Blanc is barrel-fermented in old oak and goes through malolactic fermentation. It's ripe and round, almost honeyed in its intensity and feel, with spicy-peppery notes layered over melon and stone fruit. Full-bodied, creamy and lush, it should be enjoyed over the next few years.

Tasted from tank, the 2017 Crozes Hermitage Blanc features a hint of brioche on the nose but also notes of white pepper, melon and pear. It's full-bodied and rich, yet also zesty and fresh, with a spine of crushed stone that lingers on the finish. It spends a year in oak, then six months in tank prior to bottling.

The 2016 Crozes Hermitage Blanc comes from 60-year-old vines in Larnage, known for its white clay soils. It’s 50-50 Marsanne and Roussanne, and after 12 months in oak, shows exotic, tropical fruit notes, ample weight and richness on the palate and a long, dry finish.

Starting with the 2013 Crozes Hermitage Blanc, which was tasted from barrel, it's a blend of equal parts Marsanne and Roussanne aged in older barrels. It offers a tropical, honeyed and floral style to go with a medium-bodied, textured and balanced feel on the palate. It has good acidity and should drink nicely for 2-3 years, possibly longer.
