The 2003 Mas Via is a Gran Reserva Brut with the classical blend of the three grapes, Xarello, Macabeo and Parellada, aged in bottle for 12 years. All that time has provided extra complexity and integration, more developed aromas and a polished palate that shows tiny bubbles and a mix of baked apple, honey and camphor notes. Great aged Cava.
