Matured in French oak, 20% new, for 8 months, the 2007 KLN Botrytis Semillon displays a medium gold color and pronounced aromas of manuka honey, Seville orange marmalade, oolong tea, musk and a whiff of wet wool. Very concentrated and sweet, it has a wonderful backbone of very crisp acid cutting through the richness, finishing long with a suggestion of tarte au citron.
