The 2013 Puligny Montrachet les Levrons, of which there are only about four barrels this year, has a rounded and quite "plush" nose, at least for a Puligny. The palate is vibrant on the entry with touches of pineapple laced with lemongrass. I would like to see more terroir expression and mineralité expressed from this barrel, but this is still well crafted and is full of joie de vivre.
