The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is deeply garnet colored with pronounced notes of blackcurrant cordial, cassia, cardamom and a subtle mint undercurrent. The fleshy, spiced berry flavors in this medium to full bodied Cabernet are supported by a medium level of fine tannins and crisp acidity. Lingering medium-long in the mouth, it should continue to drink to 2014+.
