The 2012 The White Mullet is a blend of Riesling, Fiano, Pinot Grigio and Viognier and opens with fragrant aromas of honeysuckle, white pepper, dill seed and coriander seed over a core of freshly sliced apples and pears. Light-bodied with a good amount of youthful apple and spice flavors, it is lifted by refreshing acidity and is finishing with good persistence. Drink it now through 2014.
