From a very consistent Rhone Ranger producer, the superb 2007 Viognier displays plenty of honeyed citrus and white peach in a full-bodied, mineral-laced style with good acidity as well as plenty of power and depth. The 2003 Viognier possesses good stuffing, but a touch of SO2 interfered with a full sensory appreciation. That characteristic did eventually blow off, but this wine was not up to the level of the Roussanne or Rose. Tel. 707-265-9061
