The 2010 Hut Block Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet-purple color and notes of crushed blueberries, blackberries and cassis plus nuances of mint, pencil shavings and yeast extract. Medium-full bodied, it has crisp acidity cutting through a generous amount of warm berry flavors, with a medium level of grainy tannins, finishing long and toasty.
