The 2005 Autor Crianca, a blend of 35% Garnacha, 35% Samso, and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, has an over-ripe, raisiny character that stays just this side of over the top. Thick and rich on the palate, it has remarkable power for its modest (for Priorat) price. It is decidedly not for everyone. Rotllan Torra has been a reliable producer over the years.
