The 2005 Toscar Cabernet Sauvignon is crimson-colored with an alluring bouquet of spice box, violets, black currant, and blackberry. On the palate it has good volume, intense, spicy flavors, lively acidity, and a lengthy finish. It, too, can be enjoyed over the next 4-5 years.
