The barely off-dry 2018 Aromatico is a blend of Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Gris. Boasting bold aromas of rose petals, peach and lime, it's medium-bodied, plump and luscious on the palate, with just a bit of peppery-gingery spice on the finish. Drink it young.

Mainly Gewürztraminer, with some Riesling and Pinot Gris, the 2017 Aromatico features aromas of lychees and pineapple, plus hints of white pepper and ginger. It's medium-bodied and just a bit off-dry, which helps offset a touch of bitterness on the finish. Drink it young.

The 2015 Aromatico ( a blend predominately of Gewuztraminer along with Riesling and Pinot Gris) has the classic litchees and rose water scented nose with an undercurrent of anise and nutmeg. Light to medium-bodied, there's a nice suggestion of oiliness to add interest to the texture, while the palate is as exuberant as a golden retriever puppy, finishing uncomplicated with a spicy bite.
