The 2011 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc offers a nose of pink grapefruit, pineapple, honeysuckle, passion fruit and cedar with a waft of dried herbs. Medium-bodied, it fills the palate with tropical fruits supported by a crisp acid line and a finish with persistent toasty / oak nuances.

Sourced from the estate’s Home Vineyard, 40% of the 2010 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc was naturally fermented in old French oak barriques. It presents intense aromas of fresh cut grass, sage and lemon peel with nuances of gooseberries and chalk dust. The 2009 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc was 30% fermented in old oak where it was aged for 5 months. It gives pleasant yeasty, elderflower and cassis notes with a touch of funkiness, sweat, plus some gooseberry and chalk.
