Pale ruby in color, the 2009 Pinot Noir offers black raspberry and warm cranberry notes with nuances of underbrush, anise and cloves. Medium bodied with plenty of dark berry and savory mocha laced flesh, it is well structured with finely grained tannins, and medium-high acid, finishing long with subtle dark chocolate hints. Drink it now to 2015. Tiki is a range of organically produced / “naturally” made wines developed by winemaker Steve Harrop. Maui is the brand’s “second” label.Distributor: Southern Wines and Spirits, Las Vegas, NV
