The 2008 Roussanne (58%)-Viognier (42%) saw the Roussanne component fermented in neutral French oak for 4 months, while the Viognier was fermented and raised in stainless steel. Medium straw-colored, it delivers an enticing nose of honeysuckle, bee’s wax, melon, and white peach. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied with intense, spicy flavors, an excellent acid structure, and plenty of length. Enjoy it over the next 2-3 years.
