The 2009 Tributo Shiraz is a blend of 91% Syrah, 5% Malbec, and 4% Petit Verdot sourced from a single vineyard. Smoke, game, bacon, underbrush, plum, and blackberry aromas lead to a dense, rich, structured wine in need of 2-3 years of cellaring to shed some tannin.
