Sourced in Bechtheim, Westofen and Gundersheim, the 2018 Riesling is clear and intensely fruity on the pure and stony yet ripe and concentrated nose. Very juicy on the palate, this is a nutty, salty, powerful and well-structured dry Riesling with a good and refreshing yet not very concentrated finish. Tasted at the domaine in March 2020.

The dry 2017 Riesling is matured and concentrated on the nose but also bit (too?) matured. Intense and powerful on the palate, this is a rich and concentrated, very intense yet fresh and mineral as well as tannic dry Riesling with remarkable tannins and grip on the finish. It's pretty reductive, though. Tasted at the domaine in March 2020.
