Part of a growing trend among German wines, the front label omits the vineyard name, but this is from the Westhofener Kirchspiel. Starts off a bit sulfury, but the fruit flavors come through on the palate, delivering lime and apple flavors. Light in body, with a hint of spritz to help keep it fresh on the finish. Imported by Chapin Cellars. ——J.C.(5/1/2005)—— 87
