The first vintage of this great wine since 2003, this remains a wonderful example of the almost ethereal character of cooler climate eiswein (ice wine). What a beautiful wine, with honey, perfumes, acidity and delicate fruit. It is certainly ripe, with tropical fruits and a pure citric streak.
