Deep garnet colored, the 2009 3 Bridges Shiraz is scented of peppered salami and blackberry preserves with nuances of fertile loam, underbrush and black olives. Medium to full-bodied, it offers a good amount of savory, earthy flavors in the mouth supported by a medium level of chewy tannins and enlivening acid, finishing long. Drink it now to 2015.
