An excellent value, the waxy, green/gold-colored 2002 Semillon offers alluring aromas of honeyed citrus as well as hints of petroleum and flowers. This is a beautiful Semillon vinified by Krista Binder, sister of well-known Rolf Binder of Veritas and other noteworthy Barossa wineries. Notes of honeyed lemon grass, orange blossom, and citrus soar from the glass of this medium-bodied, beautifully fruited, pure, zesty Semillon.
