The single-vineyard 2010 Prosecco Superiore Rive di Ogliano Tre Venti impresses for its focus, cut and clarity. This is one of the drier wines here, which gives the fruit a vinous quality that is especially appealing. The cool nights in this site give the wine much of its vibrancy and freshness.
