The 2006 Chardonnay E Minor did not go through malolactic fermentation while receiving three months exposure to French oak. Medium straw-colored, it offers green apple and pear aromas leading to a nicely balanced, smooth textured wine with dry flavors, good acidity and solid length. Drink it over the next 1-2 years.
