The two proprietary red wines called Bouchet are blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. The 1989 Bouchet, which has more Cabernet Franc in the blend, is similar to a light to medium-weight St.-Emilion with its herbaceous, spicy, chocolatey, fruity nose.
