The 2011 Riesling is intensely scented of lime cordial, lemongrass, coriander seed and clover honey. Medium dry (14.7 grams per liter of residual sugar) and light-bodied in the mouth, it has a good backbone of very crisp acid and a long honeyed lemon finish. Drinking well now, it should keep to 2015+. Akarua does not currently have a USA importer.
