The 2003 Pinot Noir Hidden Block, made from Dijon clone 115, and aged in new French oak, exhibits notes of soy, plums, spice, cinnamon, black cherries, and forest floor in a ripe, deep, medium to full-bodied style. With some tannin, good acidity, and a reasonably firm finish, it should be drunk over the next 7-8 years.
