The dark ruby-hued 2004 Pinot Noir Hidden Blocks Spring Ridge Vineyard (made from Dijon Clone 115) reveals notions of roasted herbs, pomegranates, plums, and sweet and sour cherries. It is a crisp, elegant, mid-weight Pinot that brings to mind a generic Pommard from France. It should drink well for 5-6 years.
