The Coppo 2018 Piemonte Chardonnay Monteriolo offers mature pear and apricot with spice and a creamy texture at the back. This barrique-fermented Chardonnay is aged on the lees for nine months, and it sees a good amount of bottle age before its commercial release. With 10,000 bottles made, this is a medium to full-bodied white to pair with white meat or shellfish.
