The floral and mineral-scented 2001 Puligny-Montrachet was fermented and aged in 350-liter barrels, 15% of which were new. A sexy, edge-free, feminine wine, it is medium-bodied, lush, round, and sensual. Spiced pears can be found throughout its silky-textured character. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.
