The 2010 Bourgogne Aligote is a gorgeous wine at this level. The vines are over 60 years old, which really comes through in the wine’s textural elegance and pedigree. This is a fabulous Bourgogne Aligote well worth seeking out. Anticipated maturity: 2013+. Arnaud Ente began picking very early, on September 1st. The 2009s spent approximately one year in oak, followed by six months in steel. New oak was around 25%. The 2009s were bottled in March 2010 with no fining or filtration.. I tasted the 2010s from oak. Both vintages are very strong.Importer: Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant, Berkeley, CA; tel. (510) 524-1524
