The estate’s 2006 Morellino di Scansano Heba is a very serious Morellino. It bursts from the glass with an explosion of sweet red fruit, raspberries, flowers and spices. The tannins are firm, yet also well-integrated into the wine’s full-bodied fabric. This vibrant Morellino offers outstanding length and an engaging personality. It is drinking beautifully today and should continue to improve over the next few years. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2012.
