Slightly raw and rustic in personality, the 2016 Dolcetto d'Alba Vigna Bricco di Vergne is characterized by thick layers of black cherry and cassis. It shows a bright ruby, almost purplish color, which is characteristic of Dolcetto. The finish is lean and simple. This wine lacks overall intensity and depth.
