The estate’s 2010 Barbera d’Alba is another terrific entry-level wine. Crushed flowers, spices and raspberries are some of the notes that emerge from this fleshy, supple Barbera. Layers of perfumed fruit flow effortlessly to the silky finish. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2015.
Brothers Carlo and Enzo Revello embody the finest values of Piedmont’s artisan culture. These three entry-level wines are absolutely delicious. Even better, they won’t break the bank.
