Medium to deep garnet in color, the 2011 Shiraz has a nose of warm red plums and black raspberries accented by touches of dried herbs and pepper. Light to medium-bodied, with just enough red fruit and pepper-laced flavors and a backing of soft tannins and balanced acid, it finishes simply, with moderate persistence. Drink it now to 2015.
